Steel panel systems
Our steel systems are manufactured by the countries leading raised flooring supplier, Tate Access Flooring the panels are available in gravity lay and screw down options. We supply and install steel encapsulated panels which have been tested to meet PSA grade specifications and the newer BSEN standards. Our most popular panels are 600mm x 600mm and consist of a high performance particle board core that is encapsulated by a galvanised steel shell. The panel is then mechanically stitched to provide greater structural strength. Its design facilitates easy panel removal and replacement. The system also provides full electrical continuity and static dispersion where required.
Light grade or Class 2 with Tate RG2 a 22x600x600mm panel. Designed for small office use with low footfall and a low system void.
Medium duty or Class 3 Tate RG3 a 31x600x600mm panel. Designed for office use without heavy equipment in use inside.
Medium grade or Class 5 Tate RMG600 a 31x600x600mm panel. Designed for office and educational facilities with high traffic areas and heavier equipment.
Medium Grade or Class 5 Tate TLM26 a 26x600x600mm panel made with a denser particle board inside. Designed for the same specifications as the RG5 panel but suitable for lower voids.
